Collaborating with two cross-functional teams, I contributed to both the high-level structure and detailed design of features, ensuring consistency across interfaces. I also worked closely with stakeholders, delivering regular updates to support clear communication and informed decision-making.

Costumer connect
The fleet management system focused on delivering a consistent yet flexible user experience across multiple brands and customer types. It supported everyday operational needs like managing vehicles, users, and data within a scalable platform.
I worked with a team focused on shaping the portal’s communication channels — covering everything from user messaging and notifications to external and system-level communications.
Support and Connectivity portal / Connected services
In parallel, a Support and Connectivity tool was developed for internal technical users. Tailored for engineers and specialists, it enabled advanced diagnostics, system configuration, and component-level monitoring. The design needed to support complex tasks while remaining efficient and precise.
Working on both tools gave me insight into designing for very different user groups within the same ecosystem—from intuitive, customer-facing interfaces to high-complexity technical workflows.

What I will take with me
This assignment was a real deep dive into complexity — from multi-brand design challenges to technical tools built for expert users. It pushed me to grow not just as a designer but as a communicator and problem-solver. I learned how to stay clear and focused in fast-changing environments, adapt quickly between contexts, and design with both empathy and precision. It was a challenging experience, but one that truly expanded my perspective and confidence.
